is that boy attempting to lick the other boy? Yeah, well, this is certainly not your typical movie fare. It's really a pretty disturbing film (rated NC-17 for subject matter, not anything explicit in the film). Like I said, Long Island always seems to get a bad rap...

Madridarko, it's been a while since I've seen it, so I can't tell you exactly what's going on in this scene. But with the nature of the themes in the movie (I'm trying not to be too explicit here to minimize possible spoilers), I'm sure it's no accident that the promotional image makes you wonder if that's what he's doing.

He's playing around, it's only a promotion flyer, although his character is homosexual in the movie. Basically it's not as bad as critics make it out to be, the rating they gave it is ridiculous, which is why there is a petition on the L.I.E website to lower it. See: www.lot47.com/lie/It's a rewarding independent film, with an ending that will make you feel empathy in a truly politically incorrect way. It's cool you grew up there Elwood, the way the scenes were shot make it feel like you're there getting a first hand view. See clips of it below... www.lot47.com/lie/trailer.htmlAnd read the reviews, tell me it didn't make a strong impact.
