Well, I watched it. I don't wish to offend you - you have the right to believe what you want to, but science was pretty thin on the ground in that video. Logic was not very rigorously applied. He made two assumptions (other than "you exist"):
1. The quoted athiest view is typical of non-belivers. I personally have never met any Athiest/Scientist who holds that the universe is eternal and without a beginning. Every single one I know of concedes the validity of the Big Bang. The assumption that God is the only explanation for the Big Bang, assumes the existence of God in the "logical proof" that God must exist.
2. That the two views quoted are the only two. The inference being that if one can be invalidated then the other must be true - there are plenty of points of view that don't fall under the two presented, so finding a flaw in one does not validate the other.
If anything that video encourages an agnostic point of view; niether one extreme nor the other. Proof is entirely unavailable for the existence or non-existence of God - so an assumption either way is unscientific.
