I think it's profoundly wrong that Lucas gets his mug on the cover TWICE and Kelly not at all...

I think it's profoundly wrong that Lucas gets his mug on the cover TWICE and Kelly not at all... Oh my God -- that was exactly my first thought. F'ing Lucas.

Whatever, at least he's in there.
This is pretty exciting. I really doubt "The Goodbye Place" is al that great, but it'll be nice to see anyways. What about Visceral Matter and that barfing kid movie? I demand the full filmography!

Whatever, at least he's in there. To be honest, it was less indignation about Kelly not being on the cover and more about Lucas being on twice. George Lucas is a buffoon.

Buffoon or not, you have to admit he is legendary, and by far the most famous director they've got for that DVD, with Robert Zemeckis in a far away second.

pretty good coup for Richard Kelly to be considered "legendary" after only ONE significant theatrical release! of course, the one film in question definitely (fingers crossed) promises more great, interesting work to come.
p.s. that cover shows 2 images each of only 3 of the directors listed but yes, enough of Uncle Ewok already!

I doubt it's at the nearby Hollywood Video, but Amazon has it. I'm tempted to just order it, but do I really want to buy a whole movie so I can watch "The Goodbye Place" whenever I want?
