Personally, I think it looks horrible. I'm not one for any war after the 1800s. Jake being in that movie disappoints me.

i finally saw jarhead, my b/f bought it without ever watching it (what a guy thing to do)...
and i actually thought it was really nicely done, and i really liked jake in this role, he does a lot of work that's different and he isn't typecast and i really like that about him as an actor. i think that's a problem with a lot of actors today, they get stuck in one light the audience sees them in and they really can't grow into their art.
