I'm currently sketching out ideas for a photoshop project. I'm going to go with a very tense, tenebristic look, but other than that I hesitate to elaborate because I'm not sure I can really make it sound interesting with text. It won't be done for probably another month though, because I won't be getting photoshop until around the beginning of August.
Keep posting pictures, everyone. Some really cool stuff here. McHugh's stuff reminds me of some other art I've seen before, but the artist's name, if I ever knew it, isn't coming to me.

Well, it isn't the greatest thing I can do probably, as I could have spent more time and I don't yet have a graphic tablet, but here is the first full-color design for the star of my upcoming composition: This isn't at all a final design, it really feels uninspired, but I jut had to get some ideas down.

No, no name. I like working digitally, but I think due to the fact that I can get more interesting designs down easier with pencil and paper I'll probably just do that until I get my tablet and photoshop. Once the composition is finished though, you'll be the first to see it.

twitch... I saw this morning before work and I have to tell you I was haunted all day... very cool and creepy...but the eyes are just mesmerizing and I love their color... my dad has eyes that color for real and they are a dreamy brown that I don't see on too many folks...

Thanks. I made the eyes much larger than they're picture and then shrunk them to get the level of detail I was going for. They look a little bit disharmonic (is that a word?) to me, but I guess that helps them stand out.

"(wonder what the milk looks like...)" I am not sure but I am fairly certain it is an Irish cow and so mint flavored. :-) I found this site yesterday... www.tomatopower.com/website_8.5/homepage.htmlIf you click on one clip...you can go to the next one by clicking next which will appear as you move your mouse to the upper right corner (almost) of the clip.

MMmmm...mint milk, sounds delicious. I wouldn't want to be the one to milk that thing though.
Some pretty cool stuff on that site, Pretender. Cute and nice texturing.

When Luke and I were in Rome...we found the most beautiful artwork in the churches.... this Michelangelo Statue The Risen Christ was mesmerizing because he was very muscular and David-like en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santa_Maria_sopra_MinervaThere were so many galleries in Rome (and just plain beautiful artwork on the streets) and one we really loved had traveling expositions and was in Trastevere near where we were staying ...(in a convent!) en.museodiromaintrastevere.it/museo/la_collezione
