There is this one movie i always saw in the rental stores when i was young (80's) that i wanted to get but i never picked it up. I have no idea what the name of it is but it's driving me mad! I can't find it anywhere. It's an old horror movie that i'm pretty sure had a duck on it, like top left section of the vhs box. Also on the front cover I remember a guy and a woman. The woman has black stuff dumped over her head, i belive its tar. The guy and lady are on the bottom right hand cover of the vhs box. I'm pretty sure the main charactor of this movie was a duck and it was filmed in the 80's. The only thing that comes up when I try to research it is howard the duck, and all the front covers for that movie in no way match the one I saw. Anybody out there got a clue?

are the ducks on a phone with the man and the woman? because i remember a movie from the 80's and these people put on these really creepy duck masks and rob these other people. and that's sort of how the box looks, the ducks are on the top corner and they're on a phone and the wire goes down the box and a man and woman are on the other line. i'm not sure what the movie is off the top of my head but i still see the box in the movie store and i remember watching it as a kid and it REALLY creeped me out

I belive your right man! thanks alot. I swore it was a horror story but now that i see that danny devito was in it it all comes together. ON another note however, i have found something much more interesting. I went onto imdb.com to check out that cast for the movie when i stumbled upon the writers imdb web page. It must be the most bizarre thing ive ever seen on imdb. take a look for yourself. imdb.com/name/nm0377958/ The guy dies(1910) only a year after his first stories were made into film, but he continues writing(all the way up to 2003)? Something is off mark here. He's written 150 stories since hes been dead! Even if he did write alot of stories when he was alive, he certainly couldn't write 150 worth. Tell me that isn't the craziest shit you ever saw!

O. Henry is famous for his SHORT stories, many of which were written while in prison so having time to write them was not really an issue - in his relatively short life he wrote over 600 stories. He didn't continue writing after he died, it's just that his stories continue to be made into movies. Read "The Gift of The Magi" you'll recognize the plot from dozens of shows and movies. You can read "The Gift of the Magi" here if you want: www.online-literature.com/o_henry/1014/
