OK, so before I start, I know this is going to seem like a total fake... Several years ago, I was a runner for a top production company in London, and whilst throwing out old piles of crap from the loft I came across an original Donnie Darko script (dated 1999) that must have been submitted in its early stages of pitching by Richard Kelly. It is a typewriter written script, hand bound and handwritten on the spine, using metal paper fasteners. www.flickr.com/photos/43867335@N08/I can take more pictures upon request It is likely that it it is not unique as the pages look photocopied, however I would imagine to an avid Donnie Darko fan it would be a fantastic item to own. I never had any intentions of selling this before but unfortunately (like anyone trying to make it in the film industry!) I've hit hard times and am interested to see what offers would be made for it. If you have an offer to make or would like more information, please email me: c.massey766@btinternet.com Thanks Attachments:

Not sure how you authenticate things like this, but nice find if it's real. I'm not really in the market for cinematic collectibles though.

Yeah, thats the problem... I cant really get him to sign it!
Its definitely the real deal (because I found it amongst lots of other submitted scripts) but its just a case of making other people believe me! Like I said before, although its certainly an original, I doubt its unique... I'm sure it got sent to several production companies when they were pitching it.
If anyone has any offers at all, please hit me up c.massey766@btinternet.com... I'm open for any offers and would rather it end up with a real DD fan.
