Whilst meditating last night an explanation for the plot of DD came to me. It is really a simple story of redemption. Donnie a highly sensitive kid unable to handle the harsh realities of life is given the opportunity to redeem himself by sacrificing his life for the lives of Gretchen, Frank, his Mother and youngest sister and I dare say the rest of the dance troop (his sister will not be entering any dance competition whilst mourning Donnie).
As for my own experience of time travel. I awoke one morning only for my consciousness to immediately leave my physical body at tremendous speed. To the sound of whoosh I found myself hurdling through what I thought was space. I was surrounded by nothing but pitch blackness. Then after several seconds I stopped (it was as if I was standing in outerspace). I was then told by a voice to turn around and look down to see what I had left behind on earth. I immediately realised that I had travelled through time and I had been taken to the end of my present incarnation on earth. I turned around and looked down to find a large white luminous cloud (which I perceived to be love). I was immediately filled with contentment, knowing that I had achieved everything I had set out to achieve in the life. Also I was keenly aware that life is eternal and that our incarnations on earth last just a fraction of a second of eternity (which somehow gets stretched out as we enter the earth plane or 3rd dimension). It was as if I had swallow dived into the earth plane, entered it for a nanosecond and remerged back where I started. Actually I could vividly remember entering the earth plane at the start of this incarnation and I really was swallowing diving down into it, filled with gratitude for being given the opportunity to redeem myself for past failings. Shortly after my consciousness returned to my physical body.

I would like to think that I wrote of my experience solely to show that such a thing is possible. But perhaps I was also on an ego trip. This being the case then I do deserve your ridicule.

personally it sounds more like an out of body experience rather than time travel to me.

Just curious, and no I'm not kidding or making fun of you, but was that drug induced, or were you sober when it happened?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but it'd just be extremely awesome. Stephen Hawking?
