I am sorry to tell you that there is no level 4 to the website. I emailed the webmaster (as can you if you click on any link in the pop-up window) and I have also run the entire programme through a compiler.
For those who do not understand this please let me explain. I have picked apart the .swf files and the programme completely. I have read all of the scripts myself and there is no I repeat NO script to take you to another page.
There just isn't an option to type in any passwords or move on any further in the programme code.
You see I figured that the first password would be the name of the lead investigator (given in the document) but there just isn't any programme code that will take you any further. I will keep looking though.

Is that sarcasm or dissapointment I detect? The joke is on all the people who have tried to get further because there isn't a further the fact that you can write over the dialogue is a red herring. If you view the .swf file in .html then you can still write over it.
If you don't beleive me then try it yourself, download the file "phone.swf" and run it through a decompiler (which you can get free from download.com) you will see that this is the end of the game.
Sorry to dash your hopes.

Nope not sarcasm....I believe you.....maybe slight dissappointment but I didnt ever really think there was a level 4 it was just a small possibility but I suppose now there is no doubt

Right found something. The lead investigator's name is "Bob Garland" and hidden in the programme code I found the following words. "Controller" and "sdsdadsd"
These words appear as pixels hidden underneath some layers on the screen and I do not understand them. My decompiler is also telling me that the programme code is corrupt and cannot be fully decompiled.
I am not from the USA so I do not know this but I was wondering whether anyone recognised the colour scheme in the airport. Does this belong to any particular airline? Silver, blue and red. This may be the [name witheld] 747 for example British Airways 747.
I am still certain that this is the end but I dont want to give up yet.

Where exactly (to the people who believed there was a level 4) did you forsee the website going from "Time's up Donnie"?

There seems to be a level 4 to me, BUT I dont know the next code! Right after the phone conversation another window pops up, letters are piled up looks like it asking who found the wallet or something....well I do not know the proper answer ( I tried entering donnie & other names with no luck,....you must be very quick to answer!), then it says time up..... Although I just tried again and the window did not pop up this time? wth? Also I read some where that there is 6 levels? I dont know though...

Maybe it’s purposefully ended like that, in a sense of irony life can end when you least expect it (your time can be up just like that) and although it’s just a game maybe it symbolises that, a unanswered ending in which you can go back? An everlasting ammount of lost questions? And no time, to investigate.

hmmm...this is so weird! I only got to level 3 and I don't think there's a level 4, but my cousin said she got to level 6 or something... she said there was something about gretchen! so I told her that I couldn't continue after the conversation in level 3 , and she said she just clicked and it dissapeared! okay but I don't want to get your hopes up...my cousin's from Turkey and my turkish sucks so I might have misunderstood her...
