IIVII, what is up with your quote/signature? I believe the conversation is ..."why" "becasue I could lose my job." Correct me if I'm wrong here, or if you decided to change the lines. It just seems a little incongruous that you get in these vehement conversations when your quote is wrong; it makes you look amiss.

Hahaha, I'm suppose to scour the board before I ask a question? Anyways, that's fine if it's a joke, it just doesn't seem like a funny one. I guess I figured you were just wrong.

Okay- So when Gretchen shows up at Donnie's house on Halloween and says that her mom wasn't home when she got there, her house was ravaged and she knows it was her stepdad- The police tell her to go to a safe place and she goes to Donnie's? Well my question is: Since Donnie Dies in the primary universe, won't her Mom still be gone? If she didn't go to DOnnie's whgere would she go? Wouldn't her stepdad get her too?

no matt, i don't expect you to scour the board. I just find it ironic that someone else mentioned something about it. The whole sig is kinda an inside joke between me and darko fan. He's always trying to pin me up against a wall when i post anything about a theory. Hope that clearifies things.

Oh, I didn't know I was part of an inside joke. If that's the case then I agree with Matthew. I don't think it's very funny either.

OK, this was asked before, but no one answered the guys question cause his english was bad. But if frank is manipulated dead, then why isnt gretchen manipulated dead? Because when those two guys got her, and donnie the other guy had her and thew her and she landed on the ground, and frank had come on to the scene , and the only thing she said was "donnie" and then bam she gets ran over and she is dead for good.

but punk the manipulated dead are called manipulated "dead" because they are dead....so her being run over makes her more of a candidate for manipulated dead

I'm not part of the inside joke and I still thought it was funny first time I saw it.

Maybe its just that the gretchen that donnie knew is dead.... like who she was is different now. she doesnt have any idea about donnie and maybe her family life is better seeing she appears happier.

Damn it all, this is what I've been saying ;D. Gretchen is gonna croak in the tangent, so I guess Kelly included her in the "manipulated dead" category, even though she wasn't dead yet in the time that we saw her in the movie. It ties into the fate angle, as I said before. If Donnie and the other characters are being sent on a path by God or fate, etc., then Gretchen, as she exists in the tangent, could be considered "manipulated dead."

You guys have obviously read Roberta Sparrow's book, How can I read it?
