Now THAT was quite funny But be careful to to feed the trolls or you'll just end up with flame wars - These morons turn up to start arguments, and if you rise to it they'll just stick around. While a slanging match can occasionally be entertaining to watch, they can be a bitch to clean up after. Also don't take this shit personally - I highly doubt that he was replying specifically to your post...

i'm going to leave this. only because of anth's response... i find you're fitting in quite well around here but, as everyone knows, trolls and flame wars are not allowed and if it becomes a problem it will be deleted.

I totally agree with you both. I couldn't resist, it was too easy and I just wanted to entertain myself. ;D I promise to be a good boy from now on... well, honestly I can't promise anything. But I'll try. This forum rocks, and I wouldn't want to risk it. Couldn't have better moderators. Keep it up!

my fav scene is at the beginning when elizebeth and Donnie are having an arguement(sp): "your such a fuck ass!" "what?did you just call me a fuck ass?you can go suck a fuck" "plz tell me Elizebeth how exactly does one suck a fuck?" "you want me to tell you?" "plz tell me!" that always makes me laugh!
and when Donnie says to that boy who wants to learn how to fight: "sick of some jerk shoving(sp) your head down the toilet, well you know what?maybe you shoud lift some weights or talle a karate lesson and the next time he tries to do it you kick him in the balls!"
and when him and his friends are talking about the smurfs!

I Believe this is probably the best introduction to a film. EVER> it had a huge impact on me, wear you see donnie asleep in the middle of the road up a mountain, when he wakes up he kindof smirks. THis makes me wonder sometimes if in some crazy way he has predestined whats about to happen through dream or thought. But obv he realises somethings are about to go serverly wrong with him...!! this is great and then the Film title gives huge impact, and without watching the film yur gripped! the musics great as hes cycling bk, director music and normal. The fact hes in pjs, and bare foot is great and an amazing start to an epic film, anyone agree? RCH

I like that scene too... The look between them is very sweet in a very awkward time. I really like the scene between Donnie and his mom where she lets him know how much she loves him no matter what.

i and the ending scene where Gretchen waves to Rose Yes! There is something inside me screaming about what could've been, what they're missing out on, how Gretchen falls in love with Donnie and how she'll never now. I think it's the effect Kelly intended to provoke, and that flicker of recognition, that subtle wave, is just the perfect way to express the encapsulated ocean of emotion that I and hopefully the rest of the audience felt. So, so amazing.

Check the signature picture. I watched Donnie Darko for the first time ever at 4:00am - making that a good 10 hours ago. Being alone and in the dark Frank creeped me out to the point of paranoia, but in the theater my fear and curiosity clashed. I found Frank as a character to be admired for his knowledge more than feared for his appearance; just the same Cherita was made beautiful for her bravery in her performance of Autumn Angel and the group of dancing girls (name illudes me) come off malignant more than they are entertaining. Character development was the driving force invoking my responses. That said, nothing was going to stop me from damn near crapping myself when Frank showed up at the shrink's office, but hey, I'm human. And the troll got a lul from me. Typing in all caps earns you +1 in respect no matter what.
